Hi, Macaroon,
Wow happy birthday Macaroon!
I see you are back from your trip, did you enjoy that as much as you wanted to in cloudy England?
As a coincidence, I also enjoyed holidays on the Brighton coast while working as an expatriate in London.
The reason I was stationed in London was to lead the development of an integrated network system to be installed on the "Class 800" trains, the so-called "Azuma trains" that run on the rail lines (from London to Edinburgh) operated by the world-famous Virgin Group.
When the 1st "class 800" train entered King's Cross Station in London for a commemorative ceremony, I also met Virgin Group Chairman Mr. Branson.
Speaking of King's Cross Station, Harry Potter was also on the train heading to Hogwarts from this station. Do you know this?
Fortunately, the "Class 800" trains that I helped develop are not only running on Virgin's lines, but also on the Great Western Railway's line from London Paddington Station to Penzance. This has been a job I am very proud of.
Please continue to take care of your health and start your new life.
Good luck,
Boku-no-Genzai-ichi
